New accounts get 7 days of free access from the date of registration. You may cancel anytime during this period without being charged.
If you are not satisfied with a paid course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
Refund requests made after the eligibility window, or for courses where the majority of content has already been accessed, will not be entertained. Certificates issued cannot be revoked once a refund is processed, and any earned certificate becomes invalid.
